Mega Mushrooms™ Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from Mega Mushrooms™, you agree to these Terms of Service (“TOS”). If you do not agree, do not use our products or website.

2. Use of Products
All products are intended for personal, non-commercial use. Follow all instructions provided. Misuse, improper storage, or modifications void guarantees and release Mega Mushrooms™ from liability.

3. 30-Day First-Flush Guarantee
If your kit does not produce a first flush within 30 days of delivery, Mega Mushrooms™ will send a replacement kit. Verification via photo and order number is required. Guarantee excludes damage from misuse, environmental extremes, or failure to follow instructions.

4. Orders, Shipping & Returns
Orders are subject to product availability. We are not liable for shipping delays. Due to the perishable nature of grow kits, we do not accept returns. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Mega Mushrooms™ website including text, images, logos, and designs is the property of Mega Mushrooms™ and protected by trademark law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability
Mega Mushrooms™ is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or other losses arising from product use, misuse, or environmental conditions. Our liability is limited to replacement of eligible kits under the 30-day guarantee.

7. Governing Law
These TOS are governed by the laws of the state in which Mega Mushrooms™ is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.

8. Modifications
We may update these TOS at any time. Continued use of our site or products constitutes acceptance of any changes.
